**** Services stained my carpets the first time they came, and my previous pet stains got worse. Called and scheduled a second visit so they would get rid of the blue stains they made, and they did, but they couldn’t get rid of my pet stains. I paid almost $400 for a horrible service and the stains reappeared when the carpets were dry again.
Called again to schedule my 30-day warranty re-do and they said I had already had my re-do the second time they came to remove the blue stains they made the first time. I called them many, many times being told they were going to call me back, they never did.
When I finally got a hold of a supervisor, he agreed on sending people to try to remove the pet stains for the third time, but warned me that there may be a fee associated with the removal.
I am so upset! This has been the worst service ever!!! I wish I had read reports of this company before I hired them.

Stay away from ******* ***** Windows. I contacted them to come out and clean my windows. They sent someone who didn’t speak a word of English and I highly doubt had the right to legally work in the United States. They did a horrible job and to add insult
to injury, I had a missing watch which I’m almost positive left the house with the window cleaner. I tried calling the owners to express these issues but they could care less. After they got my money, they had no time for me.

I have been using S*****y S*****r for years and always wait for the $99 special to get my little condo cleaned – front room, hall and bedroom for $99. This time they come out and tell me they can only do the front room and hall for $99 even tho they have always done the bedroom for $99 also. They then proceed to tell me that California S*****y S*****r does whatever they want and don’t have to honor corporate deals even tho corporate called me the following day and advised me that they are running a 3room for $33 each room special and that California S******y should honor it. They want me to pay another $99 to clean 5 feet around my bed. That is all that is left and it is filthy. I told them they have always cleaned my entire house for $99 and that I am spreading the word that they are a big fat rip off! It would have literally taken them 3 minutes to finish the job and save a great customer that has been loyal for years. Time to go elsewhere!!!

This is the most unprofessional bait and switch company I have ever done business with. I absolutely do not recommend anyone do business with them. I needed my one year old carpet cleaned in my townhouse as I was moving out. I called and scheduled the Three room Special for $20.95 plus $2/ step times 15 steps, and there was nothing special about it. When the guy arrived he showed up in a beat up, unmarked Ford Ranger. Right away I knew that this was going to be a bad experience. He came in and tried unsuccessfully to upsell me on additional services. He also was trying to get me to buy one of those coupon books that cost $20 that had absolutely nothing to do with carpet cleaning.
Then he brings in this Steam Cleaning Machine that is nothing more than one of the Rug Doctor Machines that you can go rent from a grocery store for $20 and do yourself. So he starts cleaning the carpet and this machine is making my house stink of animal urine!!! I cant believe that he is there to clean my carpet and he is making a huge mess! So he finishes in about 15 minutes and I look at the carpet and it is basically just wet. When I ran my hand over the carpet, there was dirt on my hand!
I was outraged so I called and spoke with the General Manager, but after getting no where with him I asked him So basically I am not going to get anywhere with you? to which he replied no.
The bottom line is that if you go with the cheapest guy in town, expect to get what you pay for!!!!

And this one is about the SAME COMPANY!!!
I called N******l C****t Care on 9/26/09 for them to come and clean my carpet in my condo. I had a coupon for 4 rooms and a hall for $39.75. I told a man over the phone that I only had three probably 1 to 2 square foot stains that needed to come out. He said I would be charged $.30 a square foot. To my calculations that comes to about $1.8 if it was 3, 2-square feet stains. Plus the coupon should total around $41.55. I live upstairs so he said it would be an additional $10. So now full total is $51.55 plus tax. When the guy came he measured my unit which total is 1034 square feet. Not all of that is carpet, kitchen is tile and balcony is concrete and bathrooms are tiled. He went downstairs to do a quote then came back and said with protection on the carpet the total would be around $400. I asked him what it would be without the protection and he said $185. I was shocked and said that’s not what I was told over the phone. He said that it was $.30 a square foot except for one room which had no stains. I said that’s too much to pay and he asked me what would I like to pay and I said I would like to pay for what the coupon says. We negotiated back and forth until it was down to $165. I left so he could clean and when I came back several hours later he said he was done. I said the stains were still there and he said that they would lighten up by the next day. It was already dark so since I couldn’t see too well I wrote him a check for $165. Then he said he forgot to have me include the $10 upstairs fee and to make the check out to him personally. So I did. So I paid a total of $175. The stains were kind of an orange rustic color. After I paid him I kept asking him if they would definitely come out and he said honestly any orange or red tinted stains never come out. So the next day I came and sure enough they were as dark as they were before he cleaned them. I called my bank first thing Monday morning and put a stop payment on the check. I then got a call several days later from Clint while I was at work screaming at me for stealing from the company. I told him about what happened and he said I should have called them back to have them come and clean it again. I asked him why I would do that when the guy told me it wouldn’t come out because of the color of the stain. On their contract it states that any check made out to anyone other than N******* C***** Care will receive a full refund. The $10 check was made out to one of their employees. When I notified Clint he said that the disclosure on the contract if for people trying to steal from the company and that the $10 I gave the guy was for a tip. My boyfriend was with me the entire time and knows that it was for the $10 upstairs fee because he didn’t include it on the slip he gave me. HE threatened to send me to an attorney and I told him to go ahead because I felt they used the bait and switch tactic and they are mad because I caught onto it the next day. I offered to pay him for a regular steam cleaning like the coupon stated but he said if I sent him a payment for less than $165 then he would refuse it. I received a letter yesterday stating you are reporting $195 to all three credit bureaus. This is an invalid debt and I am currently pursuing my legal options with them. I had every intention of paying them for the work that the guy actually did which was nothing more than a regular steam cleaning that I could have done myself. Clint, the owner, said he would refuse my payment and called me at work yelling at me at 1:03pm and again at 1:20pm. I really didn’t appreciate the harassment and that complaint will be filed with the courts as well. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida State Attorney General. I took pictures of the stains after they “cleaned” them and they are the same as before this company came out.

Professional tile and grout cleaning companies in Fort Myers and Cape Coral that work with stone, tile and grout all understand the key to clean looking floors – getting grout lines between the tiles clean. This is the truly grueling part of keeping your tile floors looking new. Cleaning grout is an arduous process. Whether your floors are ceramic, Mexican tile, porcelain, marble, granite, slate, travertine, or terrazzo, it will take a lot of effort and knowledge to maintain the beauty of your tile floors. Grout, which is porous, allows dirt and other contaminants to be trapped below the surface, making it near impossible to remove with regular mopping. Using the correct cleaners, sealers, equipment and know-how, a professional tile and grout cleaning company can have your tile and grout restored back to being as beautiful as the day your tile flooring was installed.
